Because every decal is custom-designed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we promise:
✅ Free replacements if your decal arrives damaged or has printing errors.
✅ Free design revisions before production starts.

🔄 How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at decalideas ( at ) gmail.com! with:

    • Photos of the issue

    • Your order number

  2. We’ll ship a corrected decal ASAP—no extra cost!

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., color/size choice regrets).

  • Improper application or removal damage.

  • Changes requested after design approval.

💸 Refunds (Rare Exceptions)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • We fail to deliver your order.

  • A replacement cannot resolve the issue.

📮 Returning Damaged Items

In rare cases, we may ask you to mail back the defective decal (we’ll cover shipping).

Note: International customers may face customs fees—these are non-refundable.
