 When will my decal arrive?

All decals are custom-made. Upon receiving your order, it typically takes us 3 to 5 business days for production before shipping. Regular mail delivery ranges from 15 to 39 business days, while Express Shipping typically delivers within 6 to 12 business days worldwide.

Please note that there may be occasional delays attributed to customs procedures. As an individual seller, I do not have the ability to influence international shipping speeds or processes. Importantly, buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

Can I install my decals on freshly painted walls?
Allow freshly painted walls to dry for a minimum of 4 weeks before applying decals or wallpaper. If you encounter any challenges during installation, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to assist with any inquiries or issues you might encounter.

Will these decals stick to textured walls?

Our Decals works fine on little textured walls.

Do you take custom decal orders?
Absolutely! While we receive a substantial number of custom order requests and cannot accept them all, please don't hesitate to reach out by messaging us. We'll make every effort to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities.

What is the best way to remove these decals from the wall?
To take the decals off your wall, simply peel them away. While you can use a squeegee or spatula to lift the edges, I've discovered that using my fingernails is often the most straightforward method.

What happens if my order arrived damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged, kindly send us a message and include the following images: a photograph of the contents inside the packaging, a picture of the external packaging, and images of ALL items from the shipment, UNROLLED to ensure clear visibility. Please be aware that without ALL of these photos, we won't be able to initiate the damage claim process. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
