How long does customization take?
Design proofs take 1–3 business days. Production starts once you approve the mockup.
Sizing & Application
What sizes do you offer?
We scale designs to any size—from small accent decals to full-wall murals. Specify dimensions in inches/cm during checkout.
Are your decals easy to apply?
Yes! Our premium vinyl is peel-and-stick with a repositionable adhesive. Includes a squeegee and step-by-step guide.
Will decals damage my walls?
No! They’re 100% removable without residue (painted drywall only—not recommended for textured surfaces).

Design & Revisions
Can I edit my design after ordering?
Yes! Revisions are free until the proof is approved. Post-printing changes incur a 20% restocking fee.
What file formats can I submit for custom designs?
JPEG, PNG, or PDF (300+ DPI). Need help? Our designers can assist!
Returns & Guarantee
What if I’m unhappy with my decal?
We offer free replacements for printing errors. Due to customization, returns aren’t accepted—but we’ll work to make it right!
How durable are your decals?
Our fade-resistant vinyl lasts 5+ years indoors. Not recommended for direct sunlight/outdoor use.
